You raise invoices from a reusable catalogue of line items, send them to your customers, take card payments through your own payment gateway, and give every customer their own portal to view and pay what they owe. It also handles credit notes and refunds.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan, a paid Pro plan, and an Enterprise plan priced on enquiry. Current prices are shown on the pricing page, resolved for your own market and currency — they are read from the same catalogue that bills you, so the figure quoted is the figure charged.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is a real plan rather than a time-limited trial. The free plan includes invoicing, card payments through your own gateway, credit notes, refunds and the customer portal. What it limits is scale: how many colleagues and how many customers you can have.
Whose payment account does the money go into?
Yours. You connect your own payment gateway and card payments settle directly into your own merchant account under your own acquiring agreement. We never hold your funds, so there is no payout schedule to wait on and no second layer of fees between your customer and you.
Do I need my own payment gateway?
To accept card payments, yes. This is a deliberate trade-off: because settlement goes straight to your merchant account, there has to be a merchant account to settle to. If you already take card payments, connecting your gateway is a configuration step. If you do not, it means applying to an acquirer, which takes days rather than minutes.
Do my customers get their own account?
Yes. Every customer you invite gets a portal where they can see their invoices, save a payment method and pay. A returning customer with a saved card pays a later invoice in one click, which is the single biggest factor in how quickly invoices get settled.
Who is it for?
