Legal version history
Every change we make to a legal document is recorded here, with the date it was published, the date it took effect, and a plain summary of what changed.
Where a change materially affects your rights we publish it in advance and email you before it applies — an entry marked Takes effect below has been published but does not bind you yet. Nothing is ever changed silently: an acceptance is recorded against a specific version and a digest of the exact text, so editing a document without publishing a new version here would invalidate every acceptance rather than quietly carry it forward.

Complete rewrite for the SaaS platform. Removed the “No Public Signups Allowed” clause, which contradicted the self-service signup that was already live. Added organisations, roles and seat limits; subscriptions, the trial, auto-renewal and price-change notice; stored payment methods and the standing mandate; a pass-through position on payment gateways you connect yourself; and your ownership of Customer Data. Added a liability cap, an AS-IS warranty disclaimer, and a commitment to give 30 days’ notice before a material change takes effect — replacing a clause that let us change the terms at any time.

Privacy Policy

Complete rewrite, now in two parts. Part A covers data we decide the purpose for — your account, organisation and subscription — and adds a table of what we collect and where it comes from, the legal basis for each purpose, how long we keep each category, who we share it with, and how international transfers are covered. Part B is new: it explains that data you put into the platform about your own customers is yours to control and ours only to process, and routes those individuals to you. The previous version understated what the platform holds and had no controller/processor split at all.

Data Processing Addendum

First publication. The contract GDPR Article 28 requires between you as controller and us as processor, covering our security measures, our sub-processors and your right to object to a new one, breach notification within 48 hours, deletion or return on termination, audit rights, and the transfer mechanism required by the data protection law that applies to you. Accepted by an administrator on the organisation's behalf, because it binds the company rather than a person.

Cross-referenced the new sub-processor list so every third party that can set a cookie is named in one authoritative place, and added a data-protection contact. No change to which cookies are set or to the consent gate.
